About The Position

Provides authentic guest service in a community setting under the direction of the Nutritional Services Manager and Lead. Focuses on preparing and providing nutritious, well-presented food for patient services, the retail cafe, catering, and patient tray delivery. Additional responsibilities may include point-of-sale duties and cash handling. Ensures the appearance and quality of food served in Nutrition support areas meet expectations and follows all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work independently using critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Completion of required onboarding certifications, such as AllerTrain, ServSafe Food Handler, and PPE/infection prevention modules, is expected.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
