About The Position

Garden Villas of O'Fallon has an immediate opening for a qualified, compassionate, Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day care of our Assisted Living residents at our beautiful O'Fallon retirement community. This Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must be a dynamic leader with great communication skills. He/she will onboard and train newly hired staff, coordinate schedules for all care staff/L1MAs, oversee day to day regulatory compliance and ensure the residents are provided excellent, individualized care based on their needs and preferences. This is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned nurse who has worked as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a Skilled Nursing facility, a Director of Health and Wellness at an Assisted Living Community or a compassionate nurse who aspires to work in a managerial position. Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Dynamic leader with great communication skills
Prior nursing management experience in long-term care is required

Nice To Haves

Experience as a Director of Nursing (DON) in a Skilled Nursing facility
Experience as a Director of Health and Wellness at an Assisted Living Community
