The Community Manager II is the front line in implementing our vision. The Community Manager II is responsible for leading the overall administration, compliance, and maintenance of a property within a region, while striving to maintain 100% occupancy. Working in partnership with Hope Through Housing to develop and deliver social programs for our residents and the neighborhood. Must assume proactive behavior and measures to properly represent National Community Renaissance and build relationships in the community. The Community Manager II reports to the Regional Manager and/or Senior Community Manager. The Community Manager II directs and supervises 3 or more on-site personnel and/or temporary resources.
