About The Position

In this sales-based role, you’ll represent Travel + Leisure Co as a Brand Ambassador in Busch Gardens. You will engage in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers, share the benefits of the vacation club experience, and invite and incentivize guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.

Requirements

A friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for 4–6 hours at a time, both indoors and outdoors
High school diploma or GED required
This position requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.

Nice To Haves

1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required
college degree preferred

Responsibilities

Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
Engage, excite, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour.
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines
Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings
Keep current on marketing information and materials, as well as industry trends
Set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually
