About The Position

The Community Manager is responsible for managing core business processes including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, and vendor relations. This role works closely with the Portfolio Manager to optimize new lease and renewal pricing and develops strategies to align property goals with company goals. The Community Manager must exhibit role model behavior in customer service and professionalism, oversee community administrative and reporting functions, and partner with the Accounting Department for accurate financial reporting. Maintaining property cleanliness and curb appeal, adhering to Fair Housing and Employment laws, and completing assigned tasks are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation required
  • Must live onsite at designated property
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Minimum 2 years of property management and leasing experience
  • Customer service experience
  • English (Required)
  • Spanish (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Entrata property management system a plus

Responsibilities

  • Completes additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Portfolio Manager.
