Requirements
- 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience (required)
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financials, and property performance
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a ~200-unit apartment community
- Lead, coach, and hold accountable leasing and maintenance teams
- Drive occupancy, leasing velocity, renewals, and delinquency performance
- Manage budgets, expenses, and contribute to NOI growth
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
- Track and improve KPIs to optimize asset performance
