About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a part-time Community Manager at Village Green Apartments in Flora, IL. This role is for a goal-oriented individual with a passion for property management and a desire to create happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude. The Community Manager will oversee daily operations, handle resident concerns, manage rent collection, market the community, and lead the site staff. This is a part-time position offering approximately 30 hours per week.

Requirements

• Property management experience (Property Management, Low-income Housing Section 8 & Tax Credit)
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Budgeting experience
• Customer service mindset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
