About The Position

Action is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our Sacramento, CA Portfolio Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of the Greater Sacramento Region. The ideal candidate will have experience in HOA management, experience with civil codes & construction defects, financial budgeting and capital improvement management experience. Must be okay to commute within Greater Sacramento, CA region up to including: Auburn, Placerville, Vallejo and Modesto, CA.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
  • CMCA certification or ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment.
  • Evening availability for Board meetings.
  • Ability to travel to and from your property for in-person meetings when needed.
  • Keen knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with civil codes & construction defects.
  • Financial budgeting and capital improvement management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 4 to 7 communities.
  • Stay focused on key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses client's expectations.
  • Commute within Greater Sacramento, CA region up to including: Auburn, Placerville, Vallejo and Modesto, CA.
  • Attend Board meetings in the evening.
  • Travel to and from property for in-person meetings when needed.
