About The Position

The Community Manager oversees daily operations at Creekside Canopy in Charlotte, North Carolina, with responsibility for resident satisfaction and financial performance. The role leads onsite operations and the team, manages leasing, renewals, and collections, and supports efforts to improve the community through renovations, marketing, and resident retention initiatives. The Community Manager also ensures compliance with budgets, company policies, and property performance goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of property management experience; experience with value-add assets is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.
• Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and reporting.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• A positive, team-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; required.
• Valid driver’s license and an insured, operable vehicle.
