About The Position

Western National Property Management is looking to fill a Community Manager position at Las Brisas Apartment Homes, a 220-unit community located in Colton, CA. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team.
  • Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
  • Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
  • Valid car insurance.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Yardi Voyager experience.
  • College degree.
