About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Birch Lake & Lawndale in Ludington, MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, a desire to create happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude, and will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
