About The Position

Requirements

  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience building and leading teams
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, prioritization, time management, organization, and listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must possess valid/active driver's license
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience

  • Property build and/or management (especially multi-family and/or manufactured housing) experience
  • Yardi experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead the on-site team to ensure efficient overall operation and profitable performance.
  • Exceed company standards in marketing, occupancy, collections, expense control, property maintenance, curb appeal, resident relations, and team development.
  • Train, develop, coach, and manage the team of maintenance and customer service (leasing) professionals to achieve 100% occupancy, timely rent collection, and high team retention.
  • Facilitate a phenomenal resident experience, provide outstanding customer service, oversee maintenance work order completion, and inspect grounds daily to ensure compliance with safety and curb appeal standards.
  • Conduct market analysis (rent rates, occupancy, amenities, etc.) and market communities through various platforms.
  • Assist prospective residents through the leasing process in accordance with policies and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Facilitate all aspects of adding new manufactured homes to properties and create/implement initiatives to improve the property within budget.
  • Analyze financial statements, approve and categorize payables, create and share reports from Yardi on KPIs, and participate in budget planning and management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
