About The Position

As a Floating Community Manager, you’ll assist with oversight of multiple properties within your region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and resident satisfaction. This dynamic role is perfect for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver’s license is required.
3 or more years of hands-on property management experience.
Multifamily property experience required.
Strong understanding of financial statements (budget, P&L, General Ledger).
Experience writing and maintaining budgets.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.
Understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
Previous track record of maintaining occupancy and net operating income in multifamily property management.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Industry certification preferred.
Successful track record as a supervisor preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Teams: Recruit, coach, and motivate high-performing property teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Drive Financial Performance: Manage budgets and financial reporting. Identify cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
Manage Properties: Conduct property inspections and investor tours. Maintain occupancy and rental rate goals.
Enhance Marketing & Customer Experience: Execute marketing programs and maintain accurate online content. Implement resident retention strategies and resolve concerns professionally.
