About The Position

ELS is hiring an entry-level Community Manager for its Tarpon Glen community in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The community includes 168 homes, a spacious clubhouse, and on-site laundry facilities.

The Community Manager is fully responsible for the community’s resources and assets, including staff, buildings, roads, and amenities. The role supports occupancy by maintaining a clean and attractive community, participating in sales and rentals, and showing available homes. The manager partners with marketing teams to attract residents and provides customer service that contributes to residents’ living experience.

The Community Manager also analyzes, prepares, and manages the community’s operational budget to improve profitability. As the face of ELS, the manager provides outstanding customer service and sets service standards for customers and residents.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and commensurate experience.
• At least 5 years of property management experience.
• Strong follow-through and dedication to excellence.
• Collaborative leadership skills and willingness to take on challenges.
• Proficiency with computer systems, Microsoft Office applications, web-based applications, and financial systems.
• A current driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous management experience in a multifamily or manufactured-home setting.
• Marketing and sales experience.
