Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Community Manager to join their residential property management team. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned property, including team leadership, and ensuring key metrics relating to occupancy, delinquency, vacancy, and retention are met. The Community Manager will ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and that the overall property is well maintained.
