The Community Manager will receive general supervision and direction from their Regional Manager and the Management Agent (TMAM). They may be authorized to make discretionary decisions for situations not covered by existing policies. Communication with the Owner will be through TM Associates Management Officers. The Community Manager must adhere to established policies and procedures and obtain approval from the Regional Manager for any deviations. They are directly accountable for the entire site's operation, supervising all TMAM staff at the community and ensuring their performance standards.
