Bell Partners is seeking a Community Manager to lead and direct all community operations, ensuring quality services and a high degree of customer satisfaction. The Community Manager will lead and motivate community staff members to provide services to residents and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction. This role is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, managing, and providing feedback to associates.
