The Community Manager will be the heartbeat of their newest office in New York City, ensuring the space runs smoothly, delivering an outstanding experience for employees, candidates, and guests, and playing a key role in shaping the company culture as it grows. This is a dynamic, hands-on role with significant ownership, where the individual will move quickly and see the impact of their work daily. Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and vendors, handle mail and facilities issues, and keep the space stocked and welcoming.
Plan and execute events, celebrations, and team-building activities that bring people together.
Manage seating and shared spaces today and partner with leadership on future growth and layout changes.
Partner with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, monitor onsite schedules, and drive the new hire onboarding experience.
Manage visitor and candidate experience, greet guests warmly, and lead office tours.
Be in office five days per week from at least 8 am - 6 pm, with the ability to stay later as needed.
