Our communities are growing and so are our teams! We’re hiring a Manager of Community Operations (Community Manager) at Mezzo Desert Ridge in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Requirements

  • Lease-Up experience is required.
  • 3+ years people management experience
  • 2+ years operational experience in luxury multifamily setting
  • Demonstrated coaching and development ability
  • Financial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills and professional presence
  • A basic understanding of written and verbal English

Nice To Haves

  • BA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency.
  • Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset
  • Coach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning
  • Oversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements.
