Requirements

Previous apartment community management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and resident relations.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and team development.

Yardi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of a luxury apartment community.
Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing onsite team.
Drive occupancy, resident retention, and financial performance.
Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and prospects.
Oversee leasing, renewals, budgeting, rent collections, and compliance.
Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve operational goals.
Foster a positive workplace culture built on teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
