About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Riverwalk & Bear Creek Villa in Lowell & Clarksville, MI. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys new challenges and has a passion for property management. The Community Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff. The primary goal is to create happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
