About The Position

Havenpark Communities is hiring an on-site Community Manager to run the full operation of a manufactured home community with 181 homes. The role combines financial management, leasing and occupancy, vendor oversight, resident relations, and leadership of a small on-site team. The manager has decision-making authority and is accountable for community results and residents’ day-to-day experience. The Community Manager manages the budget, expenses, and net operating income; oversees billing, rent collections, and legally compliant notices; drives leasing, renewals, and occupancy; and approves applicants in the resident home-sale process. At Selling Community Manager communities, the manager may also sell a limited number of homes and earn commission. The role includes managing contractors and capital projects, maintaining standards for curb appeal, amenities and safety, and resolving resident issues with urgency and care. This is a demanding, on-site role that includes difficult conversations about money and, rarely, lawful eviction proceedings. The community continues to require attention on weekends. The job requires daily walking around the community and occasional lifting of materials and supplies.
