About The Position
We’re seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee daily operations at a Class A / luxury multifamily property in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, proven experience in upscale property management, and a passion for creating a best-in-class living environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager at a Class A or luxury multifamily property.
- Proven track record of achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site team members to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and resident engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and manage operating budgets, control expenses, and drive NOI performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and safety standards.
- Maintain the highest standards of property appearance and resident satisfaction.
