About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for our beautiful property, Bear Valley Apartments, located in Denver, CO! This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive!

Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Nice To Haves

• Yardi experience preferred
• Team building and effective management skills
