We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to take ownership of n8n’s community presence on the US West Coast. This role is central to how the community grows, involving supporting ambassadors, improving event quality, and helping more people connect with n8n in a meaningful way. A significant part of the job is ensuring the community doesn’t just grow but remains valuable and authentic as it scales. The n8n community is scaling from a group of highly engaged builders to a global network, with the US, and especially the West Coast, being central to that momentum. This role exists to help shape that growth in a way that stays true to what made the community work in the first place: real people, genuine enthusiasm, and high-quality in-person experiences. You will be stepping in at a moment where there’s already strong pull—and a lot of room to define how it evolves.
