Requirements

• 2+ years of multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with leasing, marketing, collections, and resident relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Entrata experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the apartment community.
• Lead leasing, resident retention, and occupancy goals.
• Manage rent collections, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure excellent resident service and timely resolution of concerns.
• Supervise and support onsite leasing and maintenance teams.
• Maintain compliance, reporting accuracy, and property standards.
• Partner with regional leadership to drive community success.
