About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a beautiful property in Farmers Branch, TX! This person will be responsible for building and training their team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and all operational tasks to help the property thrive! MG Properties has over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, and is a trusted partner in the property management industry. Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience
• Team building and effective management skills
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales, etc.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties
