About The Position

Currently, we are seeking a Community Manager to join the Foundry Commercial team in Nashville, TN. The Community Manager is the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for our associates in the Foundry Nashville office. This role will be the connector and individual who interfaces with clients and guests, providing an exceptional experience. The Community Manager will be an integral part of running and managing the day-to-day office needs of our office. This individual will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the Foundry culture and managing the operations of our Nashville office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Hospitality, Customer Service or Business Operations
  • Professional demeanor who is a team player and has passion for delighting customers
  • Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of their work
  • High hustle quotient: willing to get your hands dirty as necessary to move quickly and get things done
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Business and financial acumen to understand/provide context for decisions; ability to influence and challenge decisions as appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator or Canva a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provides an outstanding experience to both internal and external customers and acts as a cultural steward to enhance the Foundry office and brand
  • Maintains the reception area ensuring a professional image through both phone and in-person contact with associates and guests
  • Identifies and resolves associate and guest issues with friendliness and patience
  • Partner with Nashville office leadership to achieve business objectives and local initiatives in the areas of Facilities, Accounting, Human Capital, and Marketing
  • Works with event teams in office to plan and coordinate engaging associate events
  • Recommends and implements office standards and procedures to create efficiency and experience
  • Responsible for creating and dispersing office-wide associate communications
  • Oversees the purchase and management of office supplies, furniture, and office equipment
  • Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the Nashville leadership team including completing expense reports and arranging travel plans
  • Processes and submits leasing transactions
  • Supervises vendor relationships for the maintenance of office, technology, and other equipment
  • Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building and security access, etc.)
  • Liaison with the building property management team for office operations and maintenance
