About The Position

Concert Properties is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our rental office, serving 110 residential units at our new Property in North Vancouver, Echo – North Harbour. Reporting to the Property Manager, the Community Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, managing tenant relations, overseeing property maintenance, and supporting budget and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • A college diploma or a combination of post-secondary education or related experience.
  • Knowledge of property legislation (BC Employment Standards, Residential Tenancy Act, etc.) and building systems.
  • Tech-savvy with superior organizational and time management skills, ability to exercise discretion, demonstrates initiative, and works independently and in a team to do what it takes to get the work done.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi is a plus.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage on-site and mobile staff, handle scheduling, performance reviews, and training.
  • Ensure high-quality maintenance, including inspections, preventative upkeep, and contractor management.
  • Oversee tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and issue resolution.
  • Assist in budget management, process payments, and monitor expenses.
  • Maintain up-to-date property records, compliance, and support health, safety, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Conduct and perform monthly safety inspections and weekly safety meetings as outlined in Concert’s Policy and Procedures.
