About The Position

ArtHaus Properties is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the lease-up and operations of a 118-unit rent-controlled community in San Francisco, CA. This role is key to successfully leasing and stabilizing a new community while maintaining compliance and operational discipline.

Requirements

• Direct experience in Property Management
• 3+ years of property management experience with lease-up exposure
• Proven ability to manage certifications, documentation, and reporting
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements
• 3 years of Property leasing experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead lease-up strategy and execution to achieve occupancy targets
• Oversee daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident services
• Drive leasing performance, conversions, and retention
• Manage budgets, collections, and financial performance
• Supervise and develop on-site team
• Maintain strong resident relations and handle escalations
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain standards
