About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Woodcreek Apartments in Wyoming, MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, strive to create happy residents through superior customer service, and maintain a positive attitude. This role oversees the daily operations of the apartment community, handles resident concerns, manages rent collection, markets the community, and leads the site staff.

Requirements

• Property management experience
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English languages
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Budgeting experience
• Customer service mindset
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
