The Community Manager is expected to create and maintain a customer-centered service culture, ensuring all resident files are compliant with relevant commitments and regulations. This position requires a proactive approach to hospitality, attention to detail in financial reporting and record-keeping, and a constant awareness of market conditions. The Community Manager will also develop and implement resident relations programs and participate in company-sponsored training.
