Barvin is hiring a high-accountability Community Manager to lead one of our apartment communities with an ownership mindset and a strong focus on financial performance, operational execution, leasing success, customer experience, and team leadership. This role is about more than managing a property. It is about leading a high-performing community that delivers measurable results while creating an exceptional experience for residents and team members alike. You'll lead a technology-enabled operation that combines high-touch customer service with modern leasing, automation, and AI-driven tools to create a seamless experience for both prospects and residents. As the leader of the community, you will set the pace for leasing performance, coach and develop your team to convert prospects into residents, and actively support leasing efforts through prospect engagement, apartment tours, and closing. The ideal leader for this role understands how daily operations directly impact occupancy, renewals, reputation, team culture, and long-term asset performance. You will play a critical role in driving operational consistency, developing onsite talent, growing occupancy, improving sales performance, and elevating the overall resident experience.
