Requirements

Minimum 3 years of multifamily property management experience
Experience managing apartment community operations, budgets, and staff
Strong leadership and team development skills
Proven ability to increase occupancy and resident retention
Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of property operations, including: Driving occupancy, leasing performance, and revenue growth
Leading leasing, resident relations, marketing, and retention efforts
Managing budgets, expenses, collections, and delinquency control
Hiring, coaching, and developing on-site team members
Conducting property inspections and ensuring curb appeal standards
Overseeing vendor relationships and maintenance coordination
Preparing reports and ensuring accurate documentation
Maintaining compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
Delivering an exceptional resident experience
