The role involves developing budgets, meeting revenue targets, approving invoices, overseeing lease enforcement, implementing marketing strategies, promoting resident satisfaction, ensuring property maintenance and appearance standards are met, supervising staff, and managing client/owner relationships. For California, specific lease file management is required. The position requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field, with 4-6 years of relevant experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, customer service, and proficiency in property management software are essential. The role involves working in an office environment with potential exposure to outside elements and requires physical access to all parts of the property. Team members must be able to lift up to 20 lbs independently and 50 lbs with assistance. Routine local travel may be required.
