About The Position
Continental Properties is seeking an experienced Bilingual Community Manager to lead the Springs at Tapestry residential apartment community in Kissimmee, FL. This role is crucial for the successful operation of the community, aiming to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents and foster a positive work environment for the team. The position offers a competitive salary, leasing and resident renewal incentives, and a quarterly CNOI bonus.
Requirements
- 3+ years of residential community management experience.
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience building budgets, driving NOI growth, and commitment to resident experience.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) required.
- Ability to pass a post-offer criminal background check.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing, customer service, and submarket knowledge to meet performance goals.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a courteous and professional attitude, ensuring the community is always tour-ready and well-maintained.
- Hire and develop top talent, creating a culture of engagement, development, teamwork, accountability, and results.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure residents feel valued and proud of their home.
- Compile and present monthly performance KPI and financial reports, including analysis and strategic plans for future outcomes.
