About The Position

KMG Prestige is seeking a goal-oriented Community Manager for Lost Creek in Marquette, MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, strive to create happy residents through superior customer service and a positive attitude, and enjoy new challenges. Community Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the apartment community, handling resident concerns, rent collection, marketing the community, and leading the site staff.

Requirements

  • Property management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Budgeting experience
  • Customer service mindset
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to obtain Real Estate Salesperson License (paid for by the company)
