About The Position

Tribe Management is seeking an experienced STRATA-Licensed Community Manager for their Vancouver office. Requirements

Valid Strata Management license.
Track record of excellence and leadership.

Valid driver's license.
Comfortable using web apps.
Great customer service and decision-making skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Ideally 2+ years of experience in strata management.
Experience onboarding and managing new development buildings from the developer.

Responsibilities

Provide property management services to company clients in compliance with management agreements and Tribe guidelines.
Manage client relationships with strata councils.
Handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for properties in the assigned portfolio.
Attend council meetings and AGMs (in person or virtually).
Ensure all activities comply with provincial legislation for third-party property management.
Support and maintain company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
Demonstrate strong, fiscally responsible financial management skills.
Create, manage, and/or supervise site staff teams and contractors to maximize property performance.
