About The Position

Sycle is seeking a dynamic Community Manager & Executive Coordinator to be the heartbeat of their 120-person distributed team. This role is split between internal community management and high-level executive coordination. Half the time will be spent as an internal cultural architect, planning and executing creative ways to keep hybrid and remote teams connected, engaged, and inspired. The other half will focus on keeping the executive leadership (President and COO) organized, aligned, and running efficiently. This is a hybrid position based in the Denver (Lone Tree), Colorado area, requiring a combination of remote work and regular in-office attendance (3–4 days a week in the office).

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in a role centered around hospitality, community building, event management, or high-energy administrative/operations support.
  • Experience as a gym manager, community manager, or client experience coordinator in a tech/SaaS environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or HubSpot is a major plus.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Uncompromising professionalism and the ability to handle highly confidential executive information with perfect judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, own, and execute a vibrant monthly calendar of hybrid and virtual events, team-building activities, friendly competitions, and social initiatives to bridge the distance across our distributed workforce.
  • Lead and evolve internal connection programs that randomly pair employees across departments to foster collaboration, learning, and real human connection.
  • Partner with HR to gamify and elevate the new hire onboarding experience, ensuring every new employee feels welcomed, connected, and immersed in Sycle’s culture from day one.
  • Act as the primary champion for our workplace environment, ensuring our physical Lone Tree office and our virtual channels (Slack, Teams) feel energetic, inclusive, interactive, and aligned with modern SaaS culture.
  • Act as the strategic partner and master scheduler for our President and COO. Manage complex, fast-shifting calendars to keep our leaders focused on big-picture strategic goals.
  • Coordinate executive, all-hands, and cross-functional meetings. Build out engaging agendas, handle complex digital logistics, and track follow-up actions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Orchestrate travel arrangements, process expense reporting, and manage vendor relationships for company events and office operations.
  • Support the executive team with research, building polished presentations, maintaining project trackers, and keeping company records accurate and organized.
