About The Position

We’re seeking a dynamic couple or two-person team to live on-site and lead the Ashwood Square Retirement Community in Chattanooga. This leadership opportunity combines hospitality, operations, sales, and relationship-building to provide an exceptional resident experience. The mission is to ensure happy employees, happy residents, full occupancy, and on-budget operations. The team will lead over 20 employees and create a warm, welcoming environment. Living in a provided on-site 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment allows for full immersion in community life and stepping in to support any role as needed. The primary schedule is Sunday–Thursday, with at least two nights on-call each week, plus additional evening, weekend, or holiday support as required.

Requirements

• A couple or two-person team passionate about serving seniors
• Willingness to live on-site
• Candidates 25+ years of age
• Strong leadership, hospitality, sales, and customer service skills
• Proven success meeting/exceeding sales and marketing goals
• Budget management and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Experience hiring, training, and managing large teams
• A servant-leadership mindset with a readiness to jump in wherever needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee all community operations, including sales, budgeting, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, and resident satisfaction
• Provide hands-on leadership for all teams (Executive Chef, Sales, Lifestyle, Dining, Concierge, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Bus Driver)
• Maintain compliance with company standards and ensure an exceptional resident experience
