The Mattel Ecommerce team is building global, best‑in‑class digital destinations that connect fans to the brands they love, deepen fandom, and drive long‑term consumer value. As Mattel Creations continues to scale its direct‑to‑consumer business, community will play a critical role in driving engagement, loyalty, advocacy, and insight. The Community Management Associate is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of Mattel Creations’ community ecosystem, spanning owned, earned, and emerging platforms. This role will support how Mattel shows up for fans, turning collectors and creators into active participants and brand advocates. This role partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Loyalty, Brand and Customer Service to ensure community is deeply integrated into the Mattel Creations experience and lifecycle.
