The Community Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing property assets. Experience with concrete work required. The role involves responding to maintenance issues, completing tasks within defined timing and quality requirements, and performing general maintenance activities. This includes work in mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other general maintenance disciplines. The technician will also be responsible for ordering and replacing supplies for doggie stations, pressure washing various surfaces, installing and repairing signs, and painting signs and curbs. Maintaining records of work orders using an iPad, cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment, and conducting routine equipment maintenance tests are also key responsibilities. The position requires adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and clean work environment, and assisting with maintenance operations to meet schedules and quality requirements. Participation in meetings and work groups is expected to integrate activities, communicate issues, and stay updated on developments.
