About The Position

This is an on-call relief position. You will work in a small group living environment in Pittsfield serving adults living with co-occurring mental illness & substance use disorders. You will be a supportive, therapeutic presence and assist in the daily operations of the residence, to include accompaniment to activities/appointments and becoming trained to administer medications. Excellent training provided in Dual Diagnosis and Trauma Informed Care.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have solid time management skills.

Nice To Haves

One year supervisory or human service experience desired.
Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operations of the residence.
Accompaniment to activities/appointments.
Become trained to administer medications.
