About The Position

Psychotherapeutic Services is looking for a facility-based Community Living Shift Leader for the 1 PM-9 PM shift. The Community Living Shift Leader's goal is to increase persons’ capacity for independent community living through the establishment of rapport with persons, role-modeling, teaching, and the provision of activities and learning experiences. This role also serves as the first-line supervisor for Community Living Specialists and less experienced workers, and may perform direct care tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Human Services, or related field and one (1) year related experience; or Bachelor's degree in any field with two (2) years related experience; or Associates degree in Human Services or related field with three (3) years direct care or comparable experience; or Associates degree in any field with (4) years direct care or comparable experience; or a High School diploma/GED with 5 years direct care or comparable experience.
• Two (2) years of prior supervisory experience (required if High School diploma/GED).
• Completed company Basic Life Skills Rehabilitation Training Course or equivalent training/ experience.

Nice To Haves

• Med tech certification is a plus.
