This is a full-time Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) position within a DMH-funded program serving adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. The role involves working in a 6-bed residential setting and providing community-based support to a small caseload. Responsibilities include delivering psychoeducation, building recovery skills, supporting clients in developing sober networks, and facilitating dual diagnosis groups. Experience with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, and group facilitation is required. Familiarity with DMH assessments and treatment planning is a plus.
