Community Living Manager - St. Louis - salary - $56,804+/based on experience
About The Position
Easterseals leads the way to full equity, inclusion, and access for people with disabilities, families, and our community. As a Community Living Manager, you will ensure that individuals with disabilities receive the absolute best support possible to live independently in their own homes. This position is responsible for managing employees and program services for individuals with disabilities living independently. This position manages program implementation and quality standards; employee performance and productivity; individual, family/guardian and funder satisfaction; and fiscal responsibility. Ensures program activities meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Or, without degree, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
