About The Position
The Community Living Floater provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home. This position provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual's support plan and ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year experience providing direct supports to individuals with disabilities or group health care experience.
- Basic computer skills and be able to work with a variety of computer systems.
- A driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation are required.
Responsibilities
- Provides daily assistance and supports for individuals with disabilities living in their home.
- Provides support, education and advocacy as outlined in the individual's support plan.
- Ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
