About The Position

Sugar Loaf, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a community life assistant to join our growing team. Sugar Loaf Senior Living is conveniently located on Mankato Avenue in Winona, MN. We have been helping seniors Age Magnificently since 2012 in our gorgeous 80-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts available : Full Time, M-F, 8:00-4:30, one weekend shift/month. Wage: $17.50-$22.50 depending on years of experience Are you compassionate towards others? In this position you will assist Community Life Director in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life/wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each resident.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Conduct, attend and participate in orientation, training, in-service education activities and staff meetings as assigned to maintain compliance in our Memory Care or Care Suites.
Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide a Community Life program daily including evenings and weekends.
Foster Family and Community support through the Community Program i.e. newsletters, networking, activities which bring Family members and members of the community into the building.
Contribute to the community efforts to maintain and / or improve quality of life and quality of care by participating in the following: Care conferences QAPI Other meetings as assigned by Community Life Director.
