About The Position

Legacy of St. Michael, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an Activities Assistant to join our growing team! Legacy of St. Michael Senior Living is conveniently located in St. Michael, MN. It is a stunning facility that offers 95 total units between Assisted Living, Independent living, and memory care. This community and its residents are amazing, our residents enjoy activities, hanging out in common areas, and are highly competitive! Join our team to help our residents Age Magnificently! Shifts Available: Part Time 2:00pm-8:00pm, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 1 weekend per month. Wage : $17.50-$22.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Our Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. In this position, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
