About The Position

Boden Senior Living of Maplewood, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life/Activities Assistant to join their growing team. Boden Senior Living of Maplewood is located just off of Beam Avenue near Maplewood Mall in Maplewood, MN. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous, apartment-style community providing Memory Care services. This is a part-time position with 24 hours per week, and the wage is $17.50-$22.50 per hour. The ideal candidate is compassionate and passionate about enriching the lives of others, becoming family and impacting the lives of residents. The role assists the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
